Collective working boosts practices’ strength, resources and reach

The Creative Directors for the 2021 iteration of Guerrilla Tactics, RIBA’s flagship conference for small practices are Robert Fiehn in partnership with Archio’s Mellis Haward and Kyle Buchanan. The chosen theme is collaboration.

The directors interviewed the co-foudners of Paradigm Network, alongside two other collectives who are joining forces to form groups that can share resources and punch above their weight. This shared vision is helping to develop a focus for activity and offer a voice in a society where architects have had less and less influence over policy and the levers of change.
