Paradigm Network birthed

The Paradigm Network was founded by Yemí, Chris Nasah, Lanre Gbolade, Robertson Lindsay and Tara Gbolade to address deep structural issues within the profession.

The founders recognised a need to build capacity and confidence for underrepresented groups, and saw that they could play a role by providing general support across all stages of people’s careers – stretching from university students to more established figures.

The network is for architects who are passionate about increasing Black and Asian representation within the Built Environment. Paradigm exists to support, encourage, and help talented architects from Black and Asian backgrounds in education and as they progress in their careers. We are also keen to promote the development of Black and Asian-led practices.
