Quality of Life Foundation- TRUSTEE
The Quality of Life Foundation helps local communities, professionals and policy makers to plan, design, create and care for homes and neighbourhoods in ways that will benefit people’s health and wellbeing in the long term.
QoLF carries out independent research, shares evidence, and support organisations to implement best practice in their work. QoLF does this because having a decent, affordable home in a safe, well-designed neighbourhood is the foundation of a happy, healthy life.

Women's Pioneer Housing Association - NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Women’s Pioneer Housing has been transforming women’s lives for the last 100 years, providing homes and services which offer a springboard for independent women to achieve their potential.
With gender inequality still a very real challenge, WPH’s work to champion the housing needs of women remains as important now as it was when it was formed in 1920.

Olmec - BOARD TRUSTEE & Co-CHAIR
Olmec is an award winning Black, Asian and minority ethnic led organisation. The charity champions race equality through economic and social justice.
Working as a catalyst for social change, Olmec support people into jobs, into social businesses and on to boards. Olmec provides innovative training programmes for individuals, housing associations, local authorities, social enterprises and the private sector. Participation: 2017-2023

Paradigm Network
Co-FOUNDER & COMMITTEE MEMBER
The PARADIGM Network is a professional network for architects who are passionate about increasing Black and Asian representation within the Built Environment. We exist to support, encourage, and help talented architects from Black and Asian backgrounds in education and as they progress in their careers. We are also keen to promote the development of Black and Asian-led practices.
The network aims to do this through knowledge sharing & best practice, lobbying ideas in the profession around education and career progression, strategic thinking with external national and international organisational bodies, and collaborative working with industry supporters.
Paradigm Network organises events including industry-related workshops and presentations, site visits, networking, outreach programmes, and just as importantly, our Socials!

Part W Collective - CORE MEMBER
Part W Collective is an action group of women campaigning for gender equity in the built environment. Founded by architect Zoë Berman in 2018, the voluntary group is formed of an intersectional and intergenerational team all of whom work across the built environment sector. Part W believe in the power of small, multiple actions. Whilst being realistic about the challenges ahead, Part W are ambitious about the power to make change.

The Royal Institute of British Architects is a global professional membership body aiming to drive excellence in architecture. It serves its members and society in order to deliver better buildings and places, stronger communities and a sustainable environment. Black Females in Architecture (BFA) is a network and enterprise founded to increase the visibility of black and black mixed heritage women within architectural industry and other built environment fields. In so doing, BFA actively addresses issues of inequality and diversity within the industry. Participation: 2019

Architects Benevolent Society - AMBASSADOR
ABS help past and present members of the wider architectural profession and their families – from people just starting out in their careers, to those who are now in retirement.
ABS support includes confidential advice, help with physical and psychological difficulties, and financial assistance – allowing more people within the architectural community to live rewarding and fulfilled lives.

WPH’s Development committee oversees the work in acquiring and developing new homes for the association.

District 34 - ADVISOR
District 34 is built for Generation Rent, by Generation Rent. District 34’s long-term vision is to not just to prevent urban homelessness, but to end it.
Its core belief is that decent, affordable homes are a human right. In addition to facilitating homeownership, the team also work with the public sector and social impact investors to implement solutions to tackle homelessness. Participation: 2021-2022

Royal Institute of British Architects - EDUCATION COMMITTEE
The Committee has governance responsibility for advising and approving education-related policies, services, and activities and overseeing the implementation of the RIBA’s strategic objectives for professional education.
It also considers and approves recommendations from RIBA visiting boards for recognition of courses and examinations awarding RIBA parts 1, 2, and 3.
